30-day returns
You can return an item within 30 days of delivery if it's unused and in its original packaging.
How to return an item
- Email us at ymn8287@gmail.com with your order number and the item you want to return.
- We'll reply with the return address and instructions.
- Send the item back. Please keep your proof of postage.
Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we'll refund you to your original payment method. We'll email you when the refund is processed. It may take a few extra days for your bank to show it.
Faulty, damaged or wrong items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, and you won't pay for return shipping.
Return shipping
For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays the return shipping cost.
